RUNIC Expands and Relocates Its Logistics Center to 4F, K-One Gimpo Logis
Hello from RUNIC. We are pleased to announce that RUNIC has expanded and relocated its logistics center from the 9th floor to the 4th floor of K-One Gimpo Logis. From this new operating space of roughly 3,000 pyeong (about 9,900 m²), with direct 25-ton wing-body dock access and rooftop parking, we will continue to run a larger, faster operation.
Relocation Overview
Why We Moved
RUNIC needed a larger operating space to keep pace with growing 3PL fulfillment volume and to run its in-house trucking brokerage network more efficiently as an integrated operation. Within the same complex, the 4th floor is served by a wide spiral ramp that lets 25-ton wing-body trucks and 40FT containers drive straight up, making large-vehicle docking and internal workflow far more efficient.
What the New Facility Offers
1. Roughly 3,000 Pyeong of Operating Space
The larger operating space separates the storage, picking, packing, and dispatch flows, so inbound and outbound can run at the same time without bottlenecks. Both high-mix, low-volume dispatch and bulk dispatch can be handled on a single floor.
2. Direct 25-Ton Wing-Body Dock Access
Via the wide spiral ramp, 25-ton wing-body trucks and 40FT containers drive all the way up to the 4th floor and dock directly. Loading and unloading happen straight from the truck, with no separate forklift or transfer leg, shortening inbound and outbound lead times.
3. Rooftop Parking
We operate the center's rooftop as a parking area, providing room for vehicle staging and extra load capacity. Even during peak work hours, vehicles can turn around without congestion inside the complex.
4. Prime Gimpo Metro-Area Logistics Hub (Unchanged)
K-One Gimpo Logis is a prime location connecting Incheon Port, Gimpo Airport, and central Seoul within 30 minutes. This move to the 4th floor keeps that locational advantage fully intact, with no change to same-day and next-day delivery coverage.

Impact on Clients
Because this is a floor change within the same building, administrative details such as the parcel and freight handover address, tax invoice information, and payment account remain unchanged. Both in-progress dispatch volume and new orders continue to run normally. Your transaction systems (WMS API, dashboard URL) also remain in place and fully usable, with no change.
