RUNIC is an integrated logistics partner that runs five business lines under one team at the K-One Logis complex in Gimpo, Korea: 3PL fulfillment, freight brokerage, international business express, international forwarding, and in-house WMS/TMS development. 1. 3PL Fulfillment
From our Gimpo center, RUNIC becomes your brand's back office — from inbound receiving and storage to picking, packing, outbound shipping, and CS returns. Our in-house WMS tracks inventory and shipments in real time, and we design tailored SOPs for each e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution channel.

2. Freight Brokerage
As a freight transport brokerage operator, RUNIC connects directly to a nationwide freight network. From motorcycle and small courier runs up to 25-ton wing-body trucks, we reliably manage vehicle sourcing, dispatch, and freight settlement across every vehicle class.

3. International Business Express
Through a network of global consolidators, we ship business express anywhere in the world. Optimized for corporate freight at competitive rates compared with the integrated express carriers, with domestic consolidation and pickup handled one-stop through RUNIC's own freight brokerage network.
4. International Forwarding
Forwarding service spanning every mode — ocean, air, and land — plus FCL/LCL and import/export customs clearance across the full route. Inland transport at ports and airports is also dispatched directly through RUNIC's own brokerage network, giving you a single SPOC for both forwarding and inland transport.
5. Logistics Software Development
Beyond the in-house WMS and TMS that RUNIC operates and proves on its own floor every day, we also deliver workflow-automation SI for clients. We jointly design e-commerce channel, ERP, and shopping-mall API integrations, barcode/RFID-based floor automation, and performance-report and KPI monitoring dashboards.

RUNIC's biggest differentiator is that we run the freight brokerage business ourselves. As a result, across 3PL fulfillment, international express, and forwarding, a nationwide freight network connects instantly without having to arrange a separate carrier. For clients, a single point of contact owns everything from storage to delivery, cutting operational risk and communication cost at the same time.
Fast feedback from in-house systems plus in-house operations
The WMS, TMS, and admin dashboard are all developed and operated by RUNIC directly. Because we don't depend on external solutions, improvement points spotted on the floor evolve into the system at the speed of the following week. We can respond immediately to custom features or API integrations that clients request.

K-One Gimpo Logis sits at a Seoul-metropolitan logistics hub that connects Incheon Port, Gimpo Airport, and downtown Seoul within 30 minutes. RUNIC's roughly 3,000-pyeong operating space features a wide spiral ramp that lets 25-ton wing-body trucks drive in directly, plus rooftop parking — making large-vehicle berthing and vehicle staging efficient at the same time.
